Antique Colt

There was once in my life when I actually favored guns than dressing up and playing girly stuffs. Oh, wait, no. It was not just once. Anyway, I am blessed to have come across one amazing "artifact/antique/whatever-you-call-it kind of gun that has survived two world wars" : the Colt M1903 or the Colt 1903 Hammerless .32 Semi-Auto Pistol.

I am not much of a gun enthusiast, I can only tell the barrel from the magazine and bullets but that's pretty much it. However, the sheer beauty and something not sort of elegant about this gun makes me feel like I know history.

I mean, hello? If you have got to be holding a gun that has been manufactured or created during a time where even your grand dad is not yet born, do you not feel something eerie?

Wait, there's more! I think the gun I came across just needs proper cleaning and oiling and it can be used at firing ranges again. I bet that gun kind of wish for that day to come as well!
